Abstract: Unlike other countries in the world, education and employment are perceived differently in Saudi Arabia. This perception had gradually changed over time due to education policy changes from within the country and external influences from abroad. This investigation focuses on student mobility of Saudi Arabian students during the time period of 2006 to 2009. The aims of this investigation are to uncover policy changes related to scholarship over time, and identify patterns in student mobility during the time period in question. It is anticipated that disparities will be uncovered concerning competition for employment in the more prized positions in Saudi Arabia.
