Abstract/Context: 

This data set comprises all the interview recordings and associated interview transcriptions that were undertaken at Sandy Hill Public School as part of my PhD Thesis. Also included are some of the research notes pertinent to and used in the thesis. The audio files are the raw recordings of each interview undertaken at the school from 2015 through to 2019. The interviews were undertaken with three different principals of the school and teaching staff at the school from 2015 through to 2019 and are ordered from start 2015 to end 2019. The transcribed interviews are word documents and are likewise ordered from 2015 through to 2019. Research notes are included as word documents and are researcher notes from site visits made in 2015 and 2017.

The thesis utilised the interview recorded data as the main data set for providing the qualitative data which was then analysed to provide knowledge and understanding on the subject matter and themes being explored by the thesis [leadership for change in the school context across three principal eras]. The thesis was a qualitative, longitudinal case study over six years and the data set belongs to, and underpins the research undertaken over that time frame.
