Abstract: In this paper, the notion of fuzzy shadows have been reviewed and the notions of cardinalities and restricted cardinalities of fuzzy shadows are discussed. Further, it is discussed that how tacit knowledge can be modeled by applying these notions for interpreting and formulating the fundamental complexities associated with certain group decision analysis problems.
