Abstract/Context: This is the datafile for the study "Self-Referent Upward Counterfactuals and Depression: Examining Regret as a Mediator". The study was conducted on 147 university-educated residents of the Philippines. Participants answered a series of online survey questionnaires about counterfactual thinking types, depression, and self-deceptive enhancement tendencies.
