Abstract: Software Process Analysis Method (SAM) is a practical tool for assisting developers to analyze and choose the most appropriate software process for their development. A variety of common software processes are analyzed using SAM in this paper. The results of the analysis demonstrate the use of the tool as well as several interesting relationships between the selected software processes.
