Title: RVA Starch Pasting Profiles May Be Indicative of Feed Grain Quality

Abstract: Some grain sorghum RVA starch viscosities were negatively correlated with FCR and positively correlated with AMEn. This suggests that sorghums with high RVA starch viscosities advantage broiler performance and RVAs may hold promise as indicators of feed grain quality.
