Abstract: In this paper, a framework is presented to explore the factors of the e-learning recommender system acceptance for Saudi universities. This will assist to investigate the students/instructors experience according to the e-learning service quality. Such framework that is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), describes the factors of online learning acceptance should be considered in the e-learning recommender system because it is viewed as a determinant of student/instructor/university satisfaction.
