Title: Changes of Student Teachers' Confidence in Teaching Secondary Music

Abstract: The purpose of the study was 1) to investigate whether student teachers' confidence for teaching secondary music can change significantly due to a 4-day intensive teacher training course, 2) to examine whether student teachers' change of confidence is significantly related to their pretest confidence scores, and 3) to examine what aspects of the intensive teacher training course influence student teachers' confidence in teaching singing in secondary schools.
