Abstract: This article will concentrate upon the liability implications for sporting organisations, medical practitioners and sport-playing pregnant mothers. It will be suggested that even though sporting organisations and medical practitioners should act with the utmost care when pregnant women are playing sport, pregnant women should be allowed to continue playing sport into their pregnancy.
