Abstract: 本书通过作者对女儿的成功培养及大量家庭教育成功和失败的案例详细地剖析巨婴产生的根源,讲解那些父母必须具备的哪些观念,解读感恩的源泉、要素,以及具体培养方法。 内容共分四部分: 1.剖析巨婴产生的根源。从人性和教育本质的入手,分析中国父母在家庭教育的观念和方法上经常出现的原则性错误。 2.谈父母如何从思想观念上拒绝巨婴。主要介绍父母如何看待自己的角色,自己与孩子的关系,以及父母对孩子应有哪些期待。 3.阐述感恩的源泉。父母之爱是孩子感恩的源泉,除了提供生活和学习的支持外,父母更应该给与孩子温暖、倾听、鼓励。 4.介绍感恩培养三要素和具体方法,包括培养责任感、遏制私欲,培养自律能力以及培养移情能力。每一要素和具体方法均建立在家庭教育理论之上,用实例说明,表述简洁生动,易于理解,可操作性强,如要求孩子分担家务、满足孩子需要的而非想要的、不要与孩子交朋友以及如何训练孩子换位思考等。

English Abstract: 

This book analyzes the root causes of giant babies in detail through the author's successful training of his daughter and a large number of successful and failed cases of family education, explains what concepts parents must have, and interprets the source, elements, and specific training methods of gratitude. The content is divided into four parts: 1. Analyze the root causes of giant babies. Starting from the nature of human nature and the essence of education, analyze the principled mistakes that Chinese parents often make in the concepts and methods of family education. 2. Discuss how parents can reject giant babies from the ideological perspective. Mainly introduce how parents view their roles, their relationship with their children, and what expectations parents should have for their children. 3. Explain the source of gratitude. Parental love is the source of children's gratitude. In addition to providing support for life and study, parents should give their children warmth, listening, and encouragement. 4. Introduce the three elements and specific methods of gratitude training, including cultivating a sense of responsibility, curbing selfish desires, cultivating self-discipline, and cultivating empathy. Each element and specific method is based on family education theory and illustrated with examples. The expression is concise and vivid, easy to understand and highly operational, such as asking children to share housework, meeting children's needs rather than wants, not making friends with children, and how to train children to think from others' perspective.
