dc.description.abstract | Temperature groups, characterised by maximum temperature (Tmax) ranges, affect farrowing rate (Bunz et al., 2019). The aim of this study was to assess if the number of weaned piglets prior to rebreeding altered sensitivity of subsequent farrowing rate (FR) to fertility seasons, characterised by both Tmax and change in daylight length (dl). It was hypothesised that an interaction exists between number of piglets weaned and fertility season for FR. | en |
