Abstract: Twenty years ago it was predicted that by now scholarly journals would have reached an inevitable demise (Odlyzko, 1995), and yet here we are half way through the year 2015 with The Arts in Psychotherapy still in publication; offered through online access, in print, and with an increasing number of open access papers available. The journal continues to grow, develop and change, just like the profession it represents, and the research innovations it champions.
