The natural product and two S-glycosylated variants were successfully prepared via native chemical ligation followed by folding. The synthetic glycopeptides were shown to possess primarily an α-helical secondary structure by CD and NMR studies. | Publication Type: | Journal Article | Source of Publication: | Organic Letters, 14(7), p. 1910-1913 | Publisher: | American Chemical Society | Place of Publication: | United States of America | ISSN: | 1523-7060 1523-7052 |
