The paper outlines how appreciative inquiry, a key approach in POSH, was used to inform an investigation of what is good in healthcare. Reflective practice is discussed as the central methodology used to explore public domain narrative evidence. The paper illustrates the use of reflective practice and introduces new understandings and insights garnered from using POSH. The paper concludes with a consideration of the implications of a POSH agenda for researchers and practitioners. | Publication Type: | Conference Publication | Conference Details: | ANZAM 2013: 27th Annual Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Conference - Managing on the Edge, Hobart, Australia, 4th - 6th December, 2013 | Source of Publication: | ANZAM 2013 Conference USB: Proceedings of the 27th Annual Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Conference, p. 1-22 | Publisher: | Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) | Place of Publication: | Tasmania, Australia | Fields of Research (FoR) 2008: | 111799 Public Health and Health Services not elsewhere classified 150312 Organisational Planning and Management |
