local.abstract.english | The purpose of this research report is to find a model school to reconstruct schools and communities in Tohoku, Japan. (Tohoku is an area, where the deadly earthquake and tsunami hit in 2011) Funded by JTU Institution for Education and Culture. The report explores the Education Village in England, which comprises five state schools: Haughton Academy(Secondary School); Beaumont Hill Academy(a school for special educational needs); Springfield Academy(Primary and nursery school); Gurney Pease Academy(Primary School and nursery school) and Marchbank Free School(a school for special educational needs). The village were funded privately finance initiative(PFI) and offered a unique and impressive place for all children and students.
