dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this book is to enable professionals to follow a structured intervention programme that will enhance the social skills and raise the self-esteem of young people aged between 12 and 16. The programme is divided into eight one-hour sessions and they can be used either individually or as a complete course. The eight sessions cover the areas of Team Building, Communication Skills, Stress and Relaxation, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, and Empathy/Learning Games.en
