The purpose of the study was to investigate perceptions of creative music teaching by pre-service teachers manifested in their comments of their peers' teaching. There are few studies in this area as most creativity research in music has been conducted with young children and adolescents. ... The results of this study identified perceptions of creative music teaching by these specific groups. Some of the findings are common with previous findings, such as making an analogy, while music-specific perceptions were unique findings of this study. These findings suggest a direction for music teacher education in terms of creative music teaching.en
