Abstract: This paper explains a planned study of variables and their relationships in the adoption and acceptance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This potential research would then investigate the role of culture, resistance, involvement, satisfaction, software quality and acceptance of ERP, where user perception is the means to gain in-depth understanding of the role of these variables. This study would also look into factors influencing the process of ERP acceptance among users as a model to assess the role of each variable which is proposed.
