I investigated the movement and survival of Emydura macquarii, and Chelodina longicollis in drought and flood. Data on their capture in Gingham Waterhole and Moolaboola Dam and their tracked movements were recorded in "Data Turtles.xlsx".
I looked at the survivorship of Chelodina expansa, Chelodina longicollis, and Emydura macquarii by examining the proportion of desiccated shells found around the dried Gingham Waterhole and this data is in "Data shells.xlsx".
Data on the microhabitat preferences of Chelodina longicollis and available environmental microhabitats during a severe drought is in "Data points & transects.xlsx".
Temperatures taken using Thermochron iButton devices at selected estivation and paired sites can be found in the "iButtons" folder.en
