This dataset includes 8 qualitative interviews, an artefact that was developed as the result of a facilitated dialogue, 6 exit surveys for participants of the facilitated dialogue, a SWOT analysis and a series of very short quantitative surveys designed to measure participant satisfaction with a talent development program that was implemented as part of this research project. This research explored Yolngu conceptions of giftedness, talents and talent development. It brought together Yolngu Elders and teachers to design a talent development model suitable for use with Yolngu youth. The talent development model was subsequently implemented at the study site (a boarding school in Darwin, NT).en
