Abstract: This brand new Australian text and accompanying website teach students how to build financial models in Excel. They provide instructions for building financial models, not templates. Students are given step-by-step examples so that they can build models themselves (active learning). Basic templates will be provided as outlines for modelling. Each chapter covers the core finance topics taught in an introductory finance course. No prior knowledge of excel functions or advanced features is required.
