The purpose of this research is to develop a smartphone clicker app and to apply it in a lecture classes at the University of Ha’il in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) The research will be conducted in this context to understand how Saudi lecturers and undergraduate students experience and perception of smartphone clicker app, and to evaluate the future improvement and educational integration of this app in the KSA. Two data collection methods were used in this study of the effects of technology on student learning performance and the main influences on lecturers' adoption of technology in the classroom: self-administered online survey and focus group interview.en
