Data relating to the people, places, sites, objects and other records that document the history of immigrants from non-English-speaking backgrounds in the New England region of New South Wales from the early nineteenth century to the present day. The database connects individual immigrants and their families to sites, objects, images, oral histories and other sources that help to document their histories, and to establish the themes and patterns in those histories. The items documented in the online database are located in public and private collections throughout the New England region. These include the University of New England Heritage Centre and Regional Archives.en
