dc.description.abstract | This paper describes the design and implementation of an integrated assessment model incorporating both individual and group assessment. Central to this model was the concept of a 'Collaborative Annotated Bibliography' which was a collaborative online group work task designed to foster student collaboration and understanding. The success of this integrated model of assessment shows that through careful planning and learning design it is possible to accentuate the positive aspects of group work while mitigating some of its more negative aspects. | en |
