The PBIS system is supposed to assist the subject school to decrease problem behaviour, increase academic performance, increase safety and establish positive school cultures. The purpose of this Action Research Study was to examine how PBIS system was introduced and implemented at Al Amanah College High School. More particularly, the study aimed to explore the effect of this new approach on the school community.
