Abstract: This paper reports a case study of user activities in electronic services systems development. The findings of this study explain the acceptance of an e-services system that is being implemented for processing student's admission applications on a university website. The user's interface with the systems development provides useful information on the characteristics of e-services. The ease of use construct in doing the task is an important feature of e-services. The other attributes are user control characteristics of an e-services system.
