Abstract: The Chern-Simons theories were developed to explain certain condensed matter phenomena, anyon physics, superconductivity, quantum mechanics and so on. In this paper, we will study the (2 + 1)-dimensional relativistic Abelian Chern-Simons-Higgs model on a torus Ω.
