|
These files contain data obtained from surveys conducted in the Savannakhet province of Lao PDR which I used to determine the prevalence of clinical syndromes in Lao goats and associated risk factors. R codes which used in analysis of such survey data are contained in a separate R file. Further, these files contain laboratory results which I obtained and used in determining the causation of three of the clinical syndromes in Lao goats; eye infection, lip and facial lesions and respiratory disease. |
