dc.description.abstract | <p>Nghiên cứu được thực hiện tại Trung tâm Nghiên cứu lợn Thụy Phương (Thụy Phương), công ty Cổ phần Thức ăn chăn nuôi Thái Dương (Thái Dương) và Trung tâm và Phát triển chăn nuôi heo Bình Thắng (Bình Thắng), từ tháng 1/2016 đến tháng 12/2019, để đánh giá khả năng sinh trưởng và năng suất sinh sản của 405 lợn nái VCN15 và 405 lợn nái VCN16. Lợn cái VCN15 và VCN16 có khả nang sinh trưởng cao, tăng khối lượng đạt 840,9 và 939,6 g/ngày. Lợn cái VCN15 nuôi tại Thụy Phương và Thái Dương có dày cơ than cao (48,9 và 50,8 mm)" tại Bình Thắng có dày cơ than cao (50,0 mm)" tại Thụy Phương và Thái Dương có tỷ lệ nạc cao (58,4%). Lợn VCN15 và VCN16 có năng suất sinh sản cao, số con cai sữa/nái/năm đạt 27,28 và 27,22 con. local.abstract.english | <p>The study was conducted at Thuy Phuong Pig Research and Development Center (Thuy Phuong), Thai Duong Foreign Pig Limited Company (Thai Duong), and Livestock Training and Development Center (Binh Thang) from January 2016 to December 2019. It aimed to estimate the growth and reproductive performance of 405 VCN15 and 405 VCN16 pigs. VCN15 and VCN16 exhibited high growth performance, with an average daily gain of 840.9 g/day for VCN15 and 839.6 g/day for VCN16. Female VCN15 had a loin muscle area of 48.9 mm (Thuy Phuong) and 50.8 mm (Thai Duong). In Binh Thang, the backfat thickness of female VCN15 was 12.5 mm, while VCN16 reached 12.9 mm. The lean muscle area of VCN16 in Thai Duong was 50.0 mm, and the lean meat percentage of VCN16 in both Thuy Phuong and Thai Duong was 58.4%. Reproductively, VCN15 and VCN16 demonstrated high performance. In Thai Duong, the number of piglets born alive for VCN15 was 12.3, and for VCN16, it was 13.22. The total piglets per sow per year for VCN15 and VCN16 were 27.28 and 27.22 pigs (Thai Duong), 27.75 and 27.8 pigs (Thuy Phuong), and 27.61 and 27.41 pigs (Binh Thang), respectively.</p> | en |
