Abstract/Context: This dataset has 2 parts. Part 1 is data-sets obtained from the online survey – The ‘nurses’ perception of patient rounding scale’, and additional demographic information provided by pre-registration nursing students. SPSS was used to organise and output this data. Part 2 contains 18 transcribed interviews that were conducted. Thematic analysis was undertaken using this information.
