| Abstract |
<p>This dataset was created while researching the project 'Telling Tales: Narratives for Climate Change'. </p><p>One group of participants was exposed to a random sample of climate messages and completed a survey in Qualtrics to measure their responses. The dataset includes those narratives, the survey and responses. </p><p>As part of the same project, another group of participants was exposed to different configurations of a hypothetical carbon tax, and also completed a survey. Similar supporting data is provided.</p>
