Abstract/Context: This dataset was created during the project 'Vitamin D Metabolite Effects on Mineral Dynamics and Bone Physiology in Ruminants'. It consists of Bone Mineral Density Data, ICP Mineral Retention Data and Plasma Data extracted from CT scans of sheep conducted in Armidale during 2021. The data is organised into individual folders for each day of scans
