'Sociaal afstand houden' dwong muziekdocenten er toe om hun lesmethodes drastisch te veranderen en daagde hen uit om na te denken over de vraag hoe ze hun leerlingen wellicht online les konden geven, niet alleen voor de beheersing van het instrument maar voor alle aspecten van muzikale kennis en ontwikkeling. Social distancing has forced music teachers to drastically change their teaching methods and has challenged them to think about how they could possibly teach their students online; not only instrumental skills, but all areas of musical knowledge and development. As the pandemic also affects public performances and live musical collaboration, performance is another aspect of musical training that stimulates discussion amongst music educators. |
