Abstract: The pandemic has significantly impacted our society. The housing market in Armidale is no exception given that it has been negatively affected by the pandemic-induced 'tree-change' migration. This article investigates the impacts of the pandemic on Armidale's housing affordability and the current planning and development directions for housing in the city.
