Abstract: This paper presents a case study of the development, implementation, and flashlight evaluation of multimedia courseware designed to improve student-centred learning in professional responsibility for lawyers. The approach adopted uses formative assessment through multimedia courseware to foster deeper student learning of trust accounting, bridging the disciplines of accountancy and law. Observations are presented of how improved teaching techniques have encouraged and enhanced student-centred learning. The results of a flashlight assessment of the project will be presented.
