dc.description.abstract | The reshaping of the learning environment within universities has increased diversity of student cohorts generally including, the learning needs of business students. This paper explores the impact of implementing a team-building exercise with the aim of improving student receptiveness to group tasks. Student responses about this intervention are presented in the context of the challenges they have faced when dealing with group process. On the basis of these insights the authors have pointed to the need for students to confront the issues arising from group work in order to enhance their experience when engaging in such learning activities. | en |
