Abstract
<p>This report responds to a request from Secretary Leonor M. Briones, Secretary of Education, that priority be given to a study focussed on strengthening professional development provision to better support K to12 initiatives and the opportunities arising from the <i>Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers</i> (PPST) to enhance the system-wide quality of professional practice in education.</p>
