Abstract: Extracts of different 'Eremophila, Myoporum' (Myoporaceae) and 'Prostanthera' (Lamiaceae) plant species, important in the traditional medicine of Australian Aboriginal people, were investigated for activity against a number of cancer cell lines. Extracts from 'E. duttonii' and 'E. sturtii' species showed the strongest differential activity, with weak differential activity observed in other Myoporaceae extracts.
