Abstract
The dataset consists of responses collected via a Qualtrics online survey.<br/> A total 286 participants completed the online survey asking about awareness of bodily sensations, psychological responses to them, and depression, anxiety and stress symptoms.<br/> Within the dataset, rows correspond to individual participants and columns to demographic, health and scale item responses respectively. These are in order:<br/> Demographic information (5 questions) <br/> Current Psychologucal diagnoses (14 questions)<br/> Perceived Stress Scale (10 items)<br/> Pre Sleep Arousal Questionnaire (15 items)<br/> Ford Insomnia response to Stress test (9 items)<br/> Rumination Response Scale (10 items)<br/> Body Perception Questionnaire (26 items)<br/> Autonomic Nervous System Reactivity Questionnaire (21 items)<br/> Body Sensations response Scale (50 items)<br/> Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (22 questions)<br/> DASS-21 (21 items)<br/> Lifestyle factors (40 questions).
