Abstract |
The dataset consists of responses collected via a Qualtrics online survey.<br/>
A total 286 participants completed the online survey asking about awareness of bodily sensations, psychological responses to them, and depression, anxiety and stress symptoms.<br/>
Within the dataset, rows correspond to individual participants and columns to demographic, health and scale item responses respectively. These are in order:<br/>

Pre Sleep Arousal Questionnaire (15 items)<br/>
