Abstract: This paper addresses incentives within the supply chain for data provision, analysis and uptake, and for digital transformation aligned with the four domains of the Framework introduced above. Data Sharing Platforms are discussed as mechanisms by which data can achieve its highest value, and these are applied to the Framework's value addition process.
