English Abstract: First, a brief introduction is made on the overall education situation about Australian public schools in regional and remote areas, and also the situations of teachers at two schools in New South Wales (NSW): Armidale High School and Kingstown Public School; then the elaboration and analysis is provided on what measures NSW government has taken to attract and retain teachers for these areas.
