English Abstract: The article reflects the design and the development of the curricula in Australia by taking an example of Duval High School, and then compares it with the Chinese curricula in the aspects of pedagogy and culture. Finally, some light is shed on the possible measures the Chinese high school system can learn from and take for bettering itself.
