Abstract/Context: The datasets contains for folders named according to the experiment number as follows; experiments one (7 excel files + one word); experiments two (5 excel files + one file word); experiments three (11 excel files + one file word); experiments four (13 excel files + one file word). Data collected from the four conducted experiments were focused on durability of the used dietary treatment, gross response of the birds, flock uniformity, ileal digestibility and enzymes activities. The collected and analysed data mainly used: firstly, to assess the replacement value of inexpensive CSM as an alternative to SBM in broiler chicken diets, when fed with or without novel microbial enzymes. This was assessed by measuring mainly the flock uniformity, gross response, and nutrient availability and utilization. Second, to investigate the response of CSM-containing diets to enzyme supplementation by measuring the digestibility of nutrients, including amino acids and endogenous enzyme activities, and by determining the outflow of amino acids at the axial end of the small intestine of broiler chickens. In addition, pellet durability was tested at all levels of CSM included in this study as part of diet quality assessment.
