Beadle Herbarium is databased and available to registered users for online data entry and data query. Specimens are generally available on loan to recognised herbaria (if overseas, they need to be CITES registered) for scientific research in the public interest through activities and procedures that will not endanger the safety and integrity of the specimens as archival objects. The safety and security of the specimens is paramount. Requests to borrow specimens from Herbarium NE should be sent to the Director.Access to the Herbarium database is by login only. Those interested in access may request a login from http://gsw1-herbarium01-vm.intersect.org.au/users/sign_up. Alternatively, NE specimens can be accessed as part of an AVH search (http://avh.ala.org.au/) N.C.W. Beadle Herbarium data are supplied as is. No warranty, express or implied, is made concerning the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the data. The user shall use N.C.W. Beadle Herbarium data at their own risk.
