Abstract: Critical care nurses often encounter a range of factors that may negatively affect their wellbeing, some of which can lead to the experience of severe stress and burnout. This can influence job satisfaction, and result in higher rates of nurses abandoning the profession. This phenomenon has not previously been researched in Saudi Arabia.
