English Abstract: The aim of this paper presents an overview of teaching strategies for students with autism. Special education in the field of autism has a long history and rich empirical evidence.This paper aims to present the prevailing evidence-based educational strategies for students in the autistic spectrum. The first part will describe methods with rich empirical evidence, such as systematic instruction, direct instruction, discrete trial teaching, task analysis, incidental teaching and peer tutoring. The second part will present teaching strategies with emerging empirical evidence, such as structured teaching, use of visual prompts, teaching pivotal skills, adaptation of the educational material to the interests and obsessions of children with autism as well as the use of technology.
