Abstract: There is no one right way of thinking, acting and relating about sustainability (Kemmis, 2009) . The focus in this publication is to provoke educators to explore the underlying thinking and ethics of actively engaging with sustainability, in both their personal and professional lives. In light of the urgent global environmental concerns, thinking, acting and relating about sustainability is no longer optional. This booklet is about stimulating critical reflection. It will provide practical ideas about how we live and how we work with children in the interests of long-term survival for the Earth we call home. Also, the intention is to stimulate deeper thinking and engagement about sustainability to promote change, rather than offering a list of practical 'green' activities to simply engage children and educators.
