This book is divided into two parts including 19 case studies of children and adolescents with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) who successfully transitioned from their special school to a mainstream school or to a vocational setting in the community. Each case study describes in detail the skills and difficulties of each individual student as well as the instructional and curriculum adaptations applied in each educational or vocational context.
