English Abstract: The book consists of 14 chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, describes the contents of the book points innovation and research. The second chapter is on the Review of the three theoretical approaches multimodal discourse analysis in the field formation. Chapter III to Chapter VI is to explore the theory of multi-modal impromptu discourse, context, interaction mechanisms and Corpus build these important issues. Multimodal impromptu discourse empirical study is based on Chapter VII to XII business discourse, academic discourse and mass media discourse as an example of the show. Chapter XIII teaching and research involving simulation of such a multi-modal business negotiation impromptu discourse. Chapter XIV of the entire project study, the results were reviewed, multi-modal impromptu discourse analysis research orientation, research methods refined theory, proposed topics for further research.
