Contributor(s): Bowers, Randolph (author)
Publication Date: 2003

Abstract: The objective of this activity is to create experiences of personal transformation. These experiences may act to empower sexual and gender minority persons to access and feel within their bodies the goodness and sacredness of their lives. By opening space in which ritual acts can be performed in safety, possibilities may emerge for acknowledging the sacredness of sexual and gender differences. With these realizations may come deeper possibilities for healing and integration of the self.
